CLOVER HILL Cuvée PRESTIGE LATE DISGORGED
A vibrant rich straw colour with a persistent fine bead are precursors to the refined and gentle foaming mousse. The wine displays an assortment of fresh lemon curd and brioche, developed almond and toasty characters. Drinking beautifully now as it has evolved elegantly due to its extended time on lees and cork, this wine will continue its magnificent progression for years to come.
CLOVER HILL CUVÉE EXCEPTIONELLE BLANC DE BLANCS
A pale straw colour with a fine, persistent bead and mousse. The wine displays aromas of fresh melon that is underpinned by toasty notes and sweet cinnamon. The palate is bold and rich with flavours of fresh citric fruit with a persistent soft minerality the lingers on the finish. This wine can be enjoyed now but will reward greatly if left to develop over the next 5-10 years.
CLOVER HILL VINTAGE BRUT 2013
With a light straw colour indicative of a chardonnay, this refined wine has developed a golden hue during its three years on tirage. In addition to its colour, this time has also resulted in a delicate bead with a persistent mousse. On the nose, it displays citrus and red berries, with a hint of toasted brioche. The palate is delicate and creamy, but driven by a natural acidity from a cool and extended growing season in Tasmania.
CLOVER HILL TASMANIAN CUVÉE NV
Along with a bright green hue, this wine has a delicate and soft mousse. On the nose, attractive notes of bright citrus, fresh apples, brioche and cream. On the palate, the wine offers crisp apple pie and lime characters. It has a great drive and length with a balanced dosage.
CLOVER HILL TASMANIAN CUVÉE ROSÉ
A delicate salmon pink colour, this wine has a soft and creamy mousse. Attractive stewed strawberry and dark cherry notes marry perfectly with the wine’s fresh brioche characters. The wine is well structured, with sweet red berries and cream enveloping the palate.
CUVÉE EXCEPTIONELLE VINTAGE ROSÉ 2014
An exquisite sparkling wine with a soft salmon blush, has a fine persistent bead and mouth filling mousse. The wine displays rich flavours of strawberry and citrus with hints of brioche. A fine, crisp and textural sparkling wine, it has a superb dosage balance and persistence.
