Clover Hill Cellar Door Closure throughout the Covid-19 Outbreak
17th March 2020

Dear Clover Hill members and community,

Over the past few weeks, and, following incidents closer to home over the last few days, we have been monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak and the impact it is having on our people, customers, and community.

The overall safety and wellbeing of our community is our highest priority; therefore, we have made the difficult decision to close our Clover Hill cellar door until further notice.

It is within our duty of care to acknowledge the current health warnings, and we are implementing these preventive measures to provide a safe work and customer environment and to assist in reducing the spread of the COVID-19.

For those who had plans to visit our cellar door along the Tamar Valley wine route, we would like to offer the opportunity to reschedule your tasting experience for a later date. In the meantime, we invite you to join the ‘Virtual Cellar Door Experience’, soon to be hosted from our social channels.

Adam Torpy, Clover Hill CEO, has said, “In these uncertain times, we are particularly committed to our loyal customers and club members. The Virtual Cellar Door Experience will provide ease of access, with an alternative way to experience the cellar door in the comfort of their own home through virtual wine tastings and masterclasses”.

Additionally, with uncertainty around visiting public places, we have decided to offer complimentary delivery of any Clover Hill online purchase throughout Autumn, so your wine cellar can remain full during these times of social distancing.

As always, we will continue to support our Clover Hill community with online wine orders and any questions you may have via phone, email and our website.

Thank you for your understanding and loyalty to Clover Hill. We look forward to a time when we can welcome you to our cellar door again soon.

Sincerely,
The Clover Hill Team.
