Description

Clover Hill Vintage Brut 2013
With a light straw colour indicative of a chardonnay, this refined wine has developed a golden hue during its three years on tirage. In addition to its colour, this time has also resulted in a delicate bead with a persistent mousse. On the nose, it displays citrus and red berries, with a hint of toasted brioche. The palate is delicate and creamy, but driven by a natural acidity from a cool and extended growing season in Tasmania.

Clover Hill Vintage Rosé 2013
An exquisite sparkling wine that has a fine persistent bead and a mouth coating mousse. The wine displays rich flavours of strawberry and brioche with hints of floral notes. A fine, crisp and textural sparkling wine, it has a superb dosage balance and persistence. This wine is an excellent aperitif, but will also work well with light fish and meat dishes.

Clover Hill Blanc de Blancs 2011
The 2011 Blanc de Blancs is a pale straw colour with a fine, persistent bead and mousse. It displays rich, toasty characters as well as classic lime and blossom. The palate is mouth coating and long, while retaining a natural acid with a fresh finish. The extended time on lees provides beautiful complex notes of brioche and lemon-butter. This wine can be enjoyed now but will reward greatly if left to develop over the next 5-10 years.
