Along with a bright green hue, this wine has a delicate and soft mousse. On the nose, attractive notes of bright citrus, fresh apples, brioche and cream. On the palate, the wine offers crisp apple pie and lime characters. It has a great drive and length with a balanced dosage.
The Clover Hill Tasmanian Cuvée Rosé is made from grapes sourced from our Tasmanian vineyards. Expressing the freshness and vibrancy for which the apple isle is renowned, this award-winning rosé offers elegance and refinement.
A delicate salmon pink colour, this wine has a soft and creamy mousse. Attractive stewed strawberry and dark cherry notes marry perfectly with the wine’s fresh brioche characters. The wine is well structured, with sweet red berries and cream enveloping the palate.
With a light straw colour indicative of a chardonnay, this refined wine has developed a golden hue during its three years on tirage. In addition to its colour, this time has also resulted in a delicate bead with a persistent mousse. On the nose, it displays citrus and red berries, with a hint of toasted brioche. The palate is delicate and creamy, but driven by a natural acidity from a cool and extended growing season in Tasmania.
