This summer, we’re adding some additional ‘sparkle’ to Hobart’s iconic Taste of Summer Festival ~ with Clover Hill named the Official Sparkling Wine Partner.
This summer, the Taste runs from the 27th of December to the 2nd of January. As a VIP Partner, Clover Hill has access to several bespoke packages for the event which include accommodation and VIP access to the Taste of Summer site.

At this year’s Taste of Summer, we have created a VIP Tasting Experience that will provide guests with an insight into the aging evolution of Premium Sparkling Wine.
During this vertical museum tasting guests will begin by evaluating our current release vintage cuvee. Then step progressively back through time to finish with the 1st release of Clover Hill Vintage Brut – 1995.
