Stave off the winter blues and join us for Killara Distillery’s first whisky dinner and our second collaboration with Killara Distillery. Enjoy mouth-watering canapes, dinner and dessert from Season & Fire, meticulously paired with Killara Single Malt Whisky, and Clover Hill Wines. You will also be the first to sample an exclusive pre-release of Killara X Clover Hill’s secret collaboration, this is not one to miss.
This is an exclusive event, limited to just 40 tickets, all-inclusive of delicious food, wine and spirits. To ensure that you can enjoy your night, a complimentary bus will pick up and drop off at Brooke Street Pier in Hobart.

Killara Distillery

Killara Distillery was started in 2016 by second-generation Australian distiller Kristy Lark. With over 25 years’ experience, she is passionate about the distilling industry and is focused on innovation without compromising tradition. Situated on 26 acres in the heart of the Coal Valley near Richmond, Killara Distillery offers a complete Garden to Glass experience where botanicals are grown on site or sourced locally then distilled slowly in locally made copper pot stills. All products are created with intention and bottled by hand with a strong focus on quality, sustainability and connection.

The crew at Season & Fire believe that food should be an experience, not just a meal. With a focus on creating premium dining moments with the best of Tasmania’s local produce, cooked over an open flame, each dish is designed to reflect the seasons and the landscape around us.
